Personal care items cannot be physically returned, but we are happy to find an item that suits you better as an exchange, or refund your purchase if you are not happy. It's that simple.

Refunds

As soon as your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
